I find it very insulting that leaflets telling us we could spend money on hanging baskets were put through my door. In Northolt, a place with over 3000 families living below the accepted level of income, problems with drugs and deprivation ,this is hardly a way of encouraging people to think of ideas that could really make an impact on a community which has a lot to offer.
